Scope of the QMS

This scope has been developed considering the needs and expectations of interested parties, as well as the context of the organization. CORAL SERVICIOS DE ALIMENTOS S.A. located in Ulloa, Heredia, Costa Rica, is dedicated to the production of hot and cold ready-to-eat foods (washing and disinfection of fruits and vegetables, cooking, cooling, reheating), the production of filled and unfilled bakery products, and desserts for supply to institutional dining facilities.
